Rasmus Nyhold Møller

Rasmus Nyhold Møller became an attorney in 2010. Rasmus deals primarily with personal injury and damage to property, professional liability of advisers/professional liability, including for architects/engineers, managerial liability and directors' liability, contract work, real property and general commercial liability. Rasmus also advises businesses and contractors on issues relating to construction law, including interpretation of contracts, warranties, defects, delays, daily penalties, expert opinions and AB 18, ABF 18 and AB Consumer.

Rasmus has conducted a large number of cases before the civil courts of law and the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board.

Rasmus is presently engaged in cases within the above areas and has conducted several cases before the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board on the extent of design and inspection liability (ABF 89/AB 18). Moreover, Rasmus has in-depth knowledge of time-barring in contract work matters. Rasmus also has a number of cases pending before the courts of law regarding home warranty insurance, professional liability of advisers/professional liability and personal injury cases (vicarious liability).

Rasmus has been appointed by the Danish Bar and Law Society as an examiner for the litigation test for assistant attorneys.

Rasmus was previously a lecturer at Aarhus University and regularly holds lectures for insurance companies, businesses etc.

In addition, Rasmus is a member of the Danish Association for Insurance Law (AIDA), Faggruppen for Erstatnings- og Forsikringsret (specialist group for insurance and tort law), Københavns Advokatforening (an association of Copenhagen Attorneys) and the Danish Association for Company Law.
